治疗效果、计算机辅助技术进行了客观的综述与评价。早期的经验证明MISTKA减少了术后疼痛，缩短了住院时间，提高了功能恢复。然而目前常规TKA技术，90%～95％假体能持续15年或更长，而微创TKA病人疗效并没有长期随访。因此，各种微创TKA长期效果需要进一步的研究。
