治疗效果、计算机辅助技术进行了客观的综述与评价。早期的经验证明MISTKA减少了术后疼痛,缩短了住院时间,提高了功能恢复。然而目前常规TKA技术,90%~95%假体能持续15年或更长,而微创TKA病人疗效并没有长期随访。因此,各种微创TKA长期效果需要进一步的研究。
