建构主义与情境化教学在大学网络英语教学中的应用(英文)

According to the all we mentioned above, the two important thing of the constructivism learning theory are (1) Keep “students-centered” in the teaching, teachers should make use of various teaching resources and tools, such as E-learning platform, to let the students show their initiative as much as possible. (2) To inspire the students’ potential ability and to help them construct significance independently.
4. 2 One of the important ways to construct meaning interaction
Interaction is one of the important ways to construct meaning, the collaboration between student and teachers or students and students in the classroom is also helpful to accelerate constructing significance of knowledge.
In the class, teachers always try all the ways to creat the scenarios, but they did not work well. Now the teachers can present the suitable condition for the students with the use of multimedia software, to let the students see the lively picture and hear the listening material at the same time. It can help students understand the material they learn and feel it and it seems easier for them to study and at the same time inspire the students to conversate in English. And they are no longer the passive recipient. Multimedia technology and Internet technology provided a platform for the transmission of language information. It can turn abstract, idle information to some interesting lively ones. It’s very helpful for students to understand, remember and correct their wrong aspects. It forms a face-to-face teaching mode, this collaborative can help students to break their “dumb English” as well. Students can not only chat with the virtual computer media figure, but also with people around the world to exchange the opinion about how to study English. At the same time, according to the evaluation from computer (including voice, morphology, syntax and idioms), to amend their own fault, it is very useful for the students to promote their expression.
4. 2. 1 Web-based teaching mode extented the media of constructing significance
     The performance of traditional classroom teaching is very simple, and “spoon-fed” teaching mode restricted students’ imagination, the tools the teachers use to perform objective are just chalks and blackboard, and teachers’ simple explanation of information always make students’ imagination deviated, but web-based teaching mode make a variety of teaching performance. It transmits multimedia text, graphics, sound animation and video information by multimedia tools to connect the real and imaginary world for the students, to accelerate the understanding and coordinate students’ hands, eyes and hearing and inspire their brain to deepen their remember. Make the students change from the passive recipient to initiative. It’s one of the major advantages of network education.
Secondly, network education get involved with multimedia technology during teaching and interactive multimedia teaching method is in line with people’s cognitive patterns. It can describe the same thing from multi-perspective and multi-aspect, so it fully stimulated and coordinate students’ left and right part of the brain. In the network teaching, the information resources are always hypertext, hypermedia material which have made knowledge organized a tree structure, it is beneficial to make the abstract definition concrete, vivid and easy the students to acquire in order to improve the quality of teaching.


4. 2. 2 Interactive is beneficial for learner’s collaboration and conversation
Constructivism stressed that “collaboration ” exists all the time in the learning process, it plays an important role in study data collection and analysis, the putting forward and check of question, and study evaluation. It also believes that “conversation” is essential in the collaboration process. Therefore, the constructivism believes that the amount of knowledge learners get is depend on learners’ constructing ability according to their experience rather than the ability to remember and recite what the teacher has taught. And interactive technology is one of the important technology in web-based teaching mode. In the network environment, learners can not only share a wealth of information resources and also can use the internet to exchange information, including between students and students, or students and teachers or students and computer, such network–supported collaboration is very useful for the development of high level cognitive abilities, and the cultivation of the spirit of cooperation and good interpersonal skills training.

Conclusion
The significance of constructivism on college English teaching.
Firstly, the impact of constructivism on modern teaching is that it has shaken the objective knowledge. Constructivism holds that knowledge is not an accurate describe of reality. It is only an interpretation or assumption. And with the development of human society, it changes continuously at the same time. Then new  assumptions appears, and knowledge can not be the accurate summation of the rules of the world. According to specific issues, we can’t take and use it immediately.
