(4) Utilizing "partner communication". This kind of communication approach focuses on students’ mutual inspiration, exchange and help [12]. It encourages students to use the knowledge obtained to understand and utilize the new knowledge so that it can stimulate students’ initiative and enthusiasm and they will be positive to learn English on their own initiative. Moreover, the strategy makes students’ positive participation possible. In the process of practicing, partners can identify problems and correct errors with each other. Then their spoken English may have been upgraded. This kind of strategy helps to create a harmonious atmosphere. Partners can accept the errors easily and overcome their shy psychology.
The specific approach is that the students themselves choose their own partners to carry on oral English practice. The exercise can be used in the classroom or in the extra-curricular. There is no restriction on the subjects of exercises. That depends on students themselves. As long as they uphold using the strategy to practice oral English every day for half an hour, it is helpful to raise their bold spirit to speak English. After persisting it for a long time, they are able to foster the habit of speaking English gradually.
(5 ) Reading English loudly. In fact, reading English is just to speak in English. The current situation is that the majority of junior high school students are limited by listening and speaking English environment. The practice proves that the best way to remedy adverse environment is to read English loudly. For instance, people have read some articles or poems. In spite of after many years, some chapters are still fresh in memory now. Clearly, in language learning, reading loudly can help memorize, understand and consolidate the reading text materials. Moreover, the practice of pronunciation and tone and their proper use, can be achieved through a great deal of effectively loudly-reading. Constantly reading aloud contributes to consolidate the correct pronunciation, intonation and forming the kinematics’ memory, especially for beginners. Firstly, they must read and be familiar with the pronunciation of English alphabets and words. But the precondition is to ensure that their pronunciation is correct. That requires that teachers demonstrate and instruct students in pronunciation correctly. As for students, when reading the articles, they should be concentred on wearing rich expressions. In meantime, as reading the articles or paragraphs, they should hold the position that their thoughts and feelings should be merged into the implication of the articles or paragraphs as much as possible, as if the articles and sentences are just what they want to write or to say. And they need to focus on the materials. In this case, they can improve the effectiveness of reading and the language sense. This approach is in particular appropriate for the introvert students who are unwilling to speak English. Through reading loudly, these students dare to open their mouth to speak English without being frightening stage.
(6) Using recitation input reasonably. With regarding to English learners in unnatural environment, without doubt, recitation is the effective means to enhance oral English proficiency. Students should not only recite some phrases, langs and the typical expressions, but also use them frequently. Through recitation input, it can not only enhance learners’ language sense, but also help to avoid mother tongue's disturbance in communication. Moreover, it is helpful for students to accumulate authentic English expressions. But recitation should not be equated to the mechanically memorizing. Recitation must be based on thoroughly understanding. As reciting the articles, students need to seize the structure of the articles and the author's views. And choosing a suitable material is also essential to recite. Selected materials can neither too difficult nor exceed their level of understanding and the contents of the materials are interesting, which is closed to the real life. Length of the materials should be moderate. As long as adhere to the habit, they will increase the language storage and improve language sense.
(7) Insisting on imitating diligently. At present, many psychologists have pointed out: junior high school students’ speech organ achieved the keen maximum. Their ears can distinguish the fine distinction of pronunciation. Their arguments can imitate any kind of sound [13]. These show that junior high school students have the advantage in imitating. But the preposition is that the pronunciation of targets of imitating is accurate and standard. Students can purchase some tapes. After imitating the tape for several times, they can record their voices and compare them with tapes to identify incorrect or out of standard pronunciation. Then, they continue to imitate the tapes until the pronunciation is correct. Also they can watch suitable English programs. They need to pay attention to authentic English expressions, body language of English speakers and try to imitate them. As a whole, as long as the objects of imitating are appropriate, students should use them for reference and imitation. After persisting in imitating in a certain time, students will blurt out English and their tones of voice are genuine and authentic.
