Controller. An English teacher should a qualified controller, who goes on teaching smoothly under this control. But whatever neglect makes bad effect. Teachers should arrange that teaching on the basis of teaching content and teaching purpose to reach the best teaching effect and level.
Directors. The interactive approach demand that teachers can designed reasonable program of English reading class and reasonable assign time. During the limited time, we must finish teaching and efficaciously organized various kinds of activities. Teacher is a sober and sane director [6].
Organizer. Teacher plays a very important role in English reading class as an organizer. Whether the activities can be gone smoothly and get effect is decided by the good organization of teacher. Teacher what activities should be organized what way could be used. What teaching purpose should be reached need the meticulous organization of the teacher.
Facilitator. Teacher should play role of facilitator in English reading class. They help students that reduce the difficulties in learning cleaning obstacles and discovering shortcut. Facilitator can create condition for students. Students through the use language to excite internal cause but not directly teach them.


Prompter and participant various kinds of in class activities as discussion, debate role play and on to stimulate the interesting of students. Which helps to thinking actively and positively taking part in activates. Teacher is a prompter and participant. Students have the chance to communicate with who should be the other creative partner in learning.
Additionally, it is important for students to raise good English habits. Some students have formed bad reading habits, such as word by word reading, mental reading and so on. As a result, even there are no new words in a article, the students cannot understand it. Teacher has amount of knowledge to organizer teaching class. 

4  The role of interactive approach teaching approach in English reading class
The interactive teaching has five characteristics; they can help us to understand interactive teaching approach.
4.1 Characteristic of interactive teaching approach
Interactive teaching approach has four characteristic.
4.1.1 Multiple activities
From the aspect of personal and active this is involved in the teaching mode. Interactive teaching approach has the characteristics of multiple activities. Use of interactive teaching model can mobilize the initiative of the students, especially it helps students to develop the abilities of independent thinking, independent study, expressing their views
4. 1. 2 Multiple interactivities
From the aspect of the relationship among the doers who are involve in the teaching approach. The interactive teaching approach has the characteristics of multiple interactivies. Under the interactive teaching mode, the binary interactive pattern was broken and replaced by multiple interactive. Multiple interactive pattern conduced students to shape the capabilities of discussing and analyzing issues with the others on equal basis and judging what is right. 


4. 1. 3 Conscious constructions
From the aspect of the common development of the teacher and students who are in the teaching approach. The interactive teaching approach has conscious construction. Students transits from passively accept what the teachers teach to read, thinking and organizing word with question. This process has been surpass what teacher teach what‘s more important. Students can show themselves, accept appraisal or appraise others. In this way, they not only study knowledge but also develop ability.
4. 1. 4 Discoveries
From the aspect of the relationship between human and knowledge which are involve in the teaching approach. The interactive teaching approach has characteristic of discovers. In interactive mode, teacher and student can analysis, appraise question to knowledge and discuss question, focuses on the acceptance of the current knowledge and exploration. By this way, the concept of exploration, development and innovation can be formed.
4. 2 Connotations in the interactive teaching class
Teaching is a cognitive among multiple parts. During the active, the closed relation happens among teacher and student, student and student. It enables teaching more function and effective teaching way, which has great advantage compared with traditional teaching mode.
4. 2. 1 Change from passive learning to active learning  
The interactive teaching approach encourages students to take part in the teaching process. During the process, students can find question and put question. They find the way to deal with question by sharing their experience. It can stimulate the active study of students.
4. 2. 2 Change from single emphasis to multiple emphases
The interactive teaching totally changed the approach which teachers’ control the learning and teaching process by and students listening and written down through group speech, role playing, discuss in class and so on.
