

4 Implication to the improvement of primary school student’s spoken English ability
According to the result and the discussion of the questionnaire, basing on the Multi-Intelligence Theory, the writer want to put forward some suggestions for the English teacher, which may have certain valid effect during their teaching process.
4.1 Notions based on the Multi-Intelligence theory
The primary school stage is the best age stage when the student can get a dozen foundation for learning English , students in this stage have strong memory and are good at mimicry. What’s more, they take pleasure in accepting fresh thing and have mightiness wishes to communicate with others in English. According to Gardner’s Multi-Intelligence Theory, we should set up three kinds of idea to bring up student's spoken English ability in this age stage :
4.1.1 The diverse student's idea
Gardner says, there don't exist the bad students in the school, only exist talented persons who have various intelligent characteristics, study types and develop respects. [6] Each student has his advantage intelligence, study style and method. When we treat a student we should understand that each student is not one fold, but is a combination of different intelligences. The problem is no more how cleverness a student is, but a student clever in what aspect and how does he play. We can take afresh thinking and design education teaching activity under Gardner’s Multi-Intelligence Theory.
4.1.2 Various teaching idea
The Multi-Intelligence Theory considers that for the dissimilar intelligence realms have themselves’ special development processes, and they use different sign system. which request the teacher’s disparate teaching method and means. [7] “The various teaching idea” is a request that our teacher's should prescribe medicine for specific ailment. They should put their needles down rightly toward different intelligence characteristics, and then choose different teaching methods and teaching means.
4.1.3 Flexible evaluation view
The function of the evaluation view is obvious. In the traditional education, the teacher lacks of objective evaluation toward students’ comprehension ability, application ability and creativity. According to the Multi-Intelligence Theory , since we have aggressive optimistic student view and various teaching view, it is necessary for us to abandon old evaluation system, and to set up new diverse evaluation view. We should observe, evaluate and analyze student's advantage and weakness from various aspects. Furthermore, we should Take this as our gist to the choice and design good content of our course and teaching method and to make evaluation become the valid means to promote each student’s development.
4.2 Teaching principles based on the Multi-Intelligence theory
When integrate the Multi-Intelligence Theory into the primary school spoken English teaching, teacher should follow the following principle [8]:
4.2.1 Facing various intelligence
Owing to various intelligence characteristics of different student, teacher should use abundant teaching form to the best of his abilities. In addition to speech language intelligence, he should relate to other few untraditional intelligence activities as possible as he can and built a classroom scene that is suitable for all kinds of learners.
4.2.2 Making material preparation
