ON Inertia

Abstract:  This paper puts forward a different viewpoint to current inertial view inside classical mechanics scope and claims that we should distinguish the property of an object of study from the property of existence,the property of keeping the kind of state from the property of changing the kinds of states,and that we should also focus our attention on the dynamic characteristic and the appreciation of the beauty of physical law.
