摘要: 本文介绍了住房分配管理系统的开发与设计过程。本系统主要针对企事业单位的生活小区作为使用对象而开发的，作为一个典型的信息管理系统（MIS），其系统开发任务主要包括数据库的设计与维护、客户端应用程序的开发等两方面。对于前者要求建立起的数据库具有完整性和一致性，且具有一定的数据安全性，如用户需要密码才能使用等；而对于后者则要求程序界面友好、功能完备等特点。经过详细的分析，选用Borland公司的Delphi作为前端开发工具，利用其提供的集成开发环境及各种控件，尤其是对数据库的支持完成对数据库的各种操作，达到对单位住房进行管理的目的。首先建立系统应用原型，然后对原型系统进行需求迭代，不断修正和改进，直到形成用户满意的实际可行系统。用计算机操作的单位住房分配管理系统是为单位住房管理者和单位员工更好的维护各项住房管理业务处理工作而开发的管理软件，根据需求分析，实现单位住房管理业务，效益已越来越明显。因此，开发这样一套单位住房管理系统软件成为很有必要的事情，在本文中就本次毕业设计我所开发的住房分配管理系统，谈谈其开发过程和所涉及到的问题及解决方法。

Abstract: This text introduced the housing allotment a management the development of the system and design process.The living small area that this system mainly aims at the business unit is to use object but development of, conduct and actions the information management system(MIS) of a typical model, its system development mission mainly includes the development that the design and maintenance,customer of the database carry applied procedure etc. both side.Request to build up the database of to have the integrity and consistency to the former, and have a certain data safety, if customer's needing a password then can use etc.;But then request a complete etc. characteristics of the procedure interface amity,function to the latter.Through detailed analysis, the Delphi that chooses to use the Borland company is the head development tool, making use of the integration development environment that it provide and various control a piece, particularly the support completion to the database's various operation for database, attain the purpose to carry on the management to the unit housing.Build up the system application prototype first, then carry on the need generation to the prototype system, revise continuously with the improvement, until formation the customer be satisfied with of can go system physically.The unit housing allotment management system that uses the calculator operation is the management software that is better to support various housing a management business a processing a work but develop for the unit housing governor and unit's employee, carrying out the unit housing management business according to the need analysis, the performance is more and more obvious already.Therefore, development so a set of unit housing management system software become very an affair of have the necessity, designing the housing allotment management system that I develop for this graduation in this text, discussing its development process and involve to of problem and resolve a method.

前言
企事业单位生活小区的住房管理是所有的拥有建房能力的单位都必须面对的工作，但一直以来人们使用传统的人工方式管理，这种管理方式存在着许多缺点，如：效率低且较为繁琐，另外随着物业管理项目的增加，工作量也将大大增加，这必然增加住房管理者的工作量和劳动强度，这将给物业管理信息的查找、更新和维护都带来了很多的困难。
经过我的详细调查，目前我国有相当一部分单位的住房管理还停留在人工管理的基础上，这样的管理机制已经不能适应时代的发展，其管理方法将浪费许多的人力和物力。随着科学技术的不断提高，这种传统的手工管理方法必然被以计算机为基础的信息管理方法所取代。
住房分配管理系统作为计算机应用的一个分支，有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点，如：能够根据注册日期自动分配住房、检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高住房分配管理的效率。因此，开发一套能够为用户提供规范化的事务管理、充足的信息和快捷的查询手段的住房分配管理系统，是非常有必要的，也是十分及时的。因此可以把住房分配管理作为毕业设计的题目，正好可以充分利用几年在校所学的各种专业知识开发一个住房分配管理系统来帮助相关部门进行有效的管理。
